Tibetan scholar, MR. KUNCHOK SITHAR, Vice President and Lecturer at

Potala College, has graciously accepted to teach

in English each month on the 4^th Monday.

Kunchok Sensei’s teachings will be based on Lama Tsong Khapa’s “lam-rim” or “graduated path to enlightenment.” Teachings will coincide with the

14 subject areas outlined in the FPMT’s Discovering Buddhism at Home program.

Teaching subject areas will include:

* Mind and Its Potential * How to Meditate

* Death and Rebirth * All About Karma

* Establishing a Daily Practice * Transforming Problems

* Wisdom of Emptiness * Introduction to Tantra
