OUR INSPIRATION
We were blessed by a visit to Tokyo in autumn 2008 from Kyabje Lama Zopa Rinpoche. It was his first visit to Japan in 14 years. Rinpoche's teachings and Medicine Buddha initiation were attended by many and enjoyed by all. Fortunately for us, Rinpoche plans to visit Japan more frequently. He shared his vision of a future center in Japan and now we must plan. He also encouraged us to do more activities so please look at what we're offering, or better yet, join in with us!

Sometimes classes are held here at ATA BodyChance Studio, but more often they are at the community center behind ATA BodyChance at: Shimomeguro Juku Center, 2-20-19, Shimomeguro, Tokyo at http://www.city.meguro.tokyo.jp/shisetsu/shisetsu/juku_center/shimome/index.html.
Both ATA BodyChance and Shimomeguro Juku Center are located 10 minutes from JR Meguro station, on the green JR Yamanote circle line, Tokyu Meguro Line, Subway Nanboku Line and Subway Toei Mita Line.

SATURDAYS
Following the popular home-study program, the 14-module Discovering Buddhism series. It includes listening to teachings, meditation, and discussion. DNSJ is doing it as a group to offer support and encouragement. Current module is Mind and Its Potential.
WEDNESDAYS
A virtual group reading of the Sutra of Golden Light with members in Japan and friends around the world. Every 3rd Wednesday of the month anytime between 9:30 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. in your home. It's usually about an hour commitment. Click here for more details.
